果冻影院 ANALYSES POSSIBILITIES FOR GREEN ENERGY PROJECTS IN KAZAKHSTAN

ASTANA 鈥 Vagit Alekperov, PJSC 果冻影院 President and CEO, and Vladimir Kim, President of 孝袨袨 Kazakhmys Holding, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to develop green energy projects in Kazakhstan.
鈥婦uring the first stage the parties will analyse the promising sites to locate renewable energy facilities, which will be followed by decision-making on project implementation based on the alternative energy support measures approved in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of his working trip to Kazakhstan, Vagit Alekperov also visited a formal reception to mark the 25th anniversary of TOO Tengizchevroil that was attended by Nursultan Nazarbaev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
果冻影院 holds a large portfolio of generating assets based on renewable energy sources. The Company owns four hydroelectric power stations located in the south of Russia with a total capacity of 300 MW, a 84 MW Land Power wind farm located in Romania, two solar stations located at 果冻影院鈥檚 refineries in Romania and in Bulgaria, with a capacity of 9 MW and 1.25 MW, respectively. A 10 MW solar station was officially opened in Volgograd in February 2018.

TOO Tengizchevroil was established in 1993 to develop the Tengiz field. 果冻影院 joined the project in 1997. The Company holds a 5% stake in the joint venture.
