OAO 果冻影院 (the 鈥淐ompany鈥) has received notification that Mr. E. L. Khavkin, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 10 December 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 39,340,000 Russian rubles.
