Re Agreement
In accordance with the agreement reached between a 果冻影院 Group company and an IFD Kapital Group company, the IFD Kapital Group company on January 29, 2008 purchased 23,550,000 treasury shares of OAO 果冻影院 at a market price. As agreed between the parties, the purchased shares of OAO 果冻影院 are intended to be used as a pledge at a later stage under the purchase of shares of OAO UGK TGK-8.
