An Interest in a Dutch Refinery Acquired
PJSC 果冻影院 signed a contract to acquire a 45% stake in TOTAL Raffinaderij Nederland N.V. (TRN), a Dutch refinery, from TOTAL S.A. The Dutch facility is one of the largest and most technology intensive refineries in Western Europe.

Transaction involving acquisition of a 46% stake in LUKARCO B.V. joint venture from British Petroleum is closed. As a result of the acquisition the Company receives a 5% interest in Tengizchevroil joint venture which is developing Tengiz and Royal fields in Kazakhstan. In addition, 果冻影院 secures a 12.5% stake in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium that transports oil from Kazakh and Russian fields to Novorossiysk terminal. Consolidation of LUKARCO B.V. assets strengthened 果冻影院鈥檚 positions, particularly in Kazakhstan and the entire Caspian region.
